We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead our Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) and be a part of our Atea Digital Services team

Testing is one of the 6 competence areas we want to excel within Atea, together software development, integrations, user experience, project management and digital workplace.

The TCoE Service Delivery Manager is a senior delivery role accountable for the creation, implementation, successful delivery, maintenance and security of all the Testing/Quality Assurance services across Atea. Plan, design, implement, manage and control testing according to the company’s strategy and ensure that concepts are delivered on time. Manage a team of software testers and automation specialists, establish work procedures and collaboration with different subject matter experts. Plan and forecast the budget, monitor and control expenditure and ensure effective service cost model throughout the whole service lifecycle. Work closely with the Business Stakeholders and teams within Group IT to deliver IT services to commitment, with high-quality results and visible business value.


  • Lead and manage a team to deliver Quality Assurance services according to Business Requirements;
  • Act as the Ambassador of TCoE all across Atea countries, promote the value and onboard more teams
  • Ensure delivery is consistent with agile processes across the team;
  • Work effectively with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers and other key personnel and ensure delivery against agreed requirements and providing business value;
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all delivery activities;
  • Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of projects within the unit;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of internal support systems within the area of testing;
  • Responsible for protecting information resources by establishing, monitoring and operating them consistent with all policies, security standards and related procedures and processes;
  • Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for deliveries and services;
  • Reviewing and applying best practices to establish frameworks;
  • Drive technology standards and best practice approaches to establish frameworks which are consistent with and supportive of the company strategy;
  • Collaborate with the appropriate functions and users to evaluate and identify technology platforms for delivering the company’s services;



  • 5+ years similar experience in Testing/Quality Assurance and/or
  • 5+ years experience in delivering IT services and/or
  • 5+ years experience in team management;
  • Leadership and ability to work independently;
  • High level of self-initiative;
  • Understanding of business to technology mapping;
  • Strong experience and understanding of IT technologies;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in SAP testing will be considered a strong advantage;
  • Certifications in ISTQB/ISEB, ITIL, Agile Software Development Frameworks, or Project Management are welcomed

Gross salary: 3800-4200 EUR
